From seller release to final placement
A purchase or transfer requires coordination at both ends. Share who can release the piano, instrument availability, model, pickup route and destination placement. A moving request is not an inspection, appraisal or retailer partnership.
Access at both ends
A route is more than its distance. Mention outside steps, stair flights, landings, tight turns, narrow doors, elevators and the distance from parking to the instrument. Photos can clarify the situation, but a difficult route still needs an individual assessment before a move is confirmed.
A useful quote starts with useful details
Provide the piano type, manufacturer and model if known, pickup and destination cities, and access at both properties. For an acoustic grand, share its length. For a vertical or cabinet digital, share cabinet dimensions if available. If identification is uncertain, describe it rather than guessing its weight.
Prepare information, not the mechanics
Remove loose belongings from the instrument and identify its intended destination placement. Mention the bench and any accessories. Do not lift, tip, strap or remove instrument parts yourself. Leave any necessary disassembly and reassembly to qualified professionals using an approach appropriate to the model and route.
Agree the scope before booking
Clarify instrument components, bench, preparation, building rules and final placement. Specialized access, storage or technical piano work must be discussed and confirmed separately.
Utah at both ends
This website accepts piano move requests in Salt Lake, Utah and Davis counties. Both pickup and destination states are Utah. Exact route, instrument and access suitability are reviewed individually; a request does not confirm a booking or a particular handling method.
