Count more than flights
Outside steps, landings, doorway approaches and the route from parking matter. No generic stair limit or clearance figure proves that a route works.
Show changes of direction
A turn or landing can matter as much as width. Photos and model dimensions explain the situation. Do not tilt the instrument to test the route yourself.
Shared buildings
Ask about elevator reservations, loading windows, entry permissions and floor-protection rules before agreeing timing.
Special methods need explicit agreement
Window removal, hoists or cranes require verified capability and a separately discussed plan. Ordinary piano moving does not imply that these methods are available.

This website accepts piano move requests in Salt Lake, Utah and Davis counties. Both pickup and destination states are Utah. Exact route, instrument and access suitability are reviewed individually; a request does not confirm a booking or a particular handling method.
